Ombre Prosecco Spumante Brut DOC (Italy)

The organic entry-level wine of our Prosecco selection, from the organically certified areas of the country’s most important cooperative winery, made from local varieties grown in vineyards between Venice and Rovigo. 100% Glera grapes from young vines, selected from a total of 100 hectares. Explosive pear aromas, delicate mousse, straw yellow colour, peach, apple, acacia and lilac. A fresh, light, untamed wine.

Sauska Brut

A traditional method sparkling wine made from a blend of a Furmint base, along with Hárslevelű and Chardonnay. The grapes come from Tokaj, harvested by hand, solely from the winery’s own vines. Vinification is carried out in the limestone cellar in Budafok, where a constant and stable temperature is provided. The wine ages for 18 months in bottles, the dosage is 8 g/l. The nose is dominated by citrus, the palate is restrained, mineral and reflects the Tokaj character.

Sauska Rosé Brut

A fruity and vivacious traditional method sparkling wine, and the sibling of the Brut Rosé, which is similarly light and easy to love with its good drinkability. Furmint dominates the blend, while the Pinot Noir and the Hárslevelű colour the nose and the palate. 9 grams of sugar, a minimum 15 months of bottle ageing on fine lees.

Henriot Brut Souverain (France)

A non-vintage cuvée, the bestseller of the house. The ratio has been unchanged since the beginning: 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and almost 10% Pinot Meunier. The fresh vintage is complemented by 40–50% of réserve wine, followed by 4 years of ageing on lees. A rich, citrusy and fresh wine that’s powerfully elegant, layered and light.

Jásdi Olaszrizling Hegybor 2023

Olaszrizling feels truly at home in Csopak – its distinctive aromas and taste are uniquely mineral thanks to the Permian sandstone and dolomite soil. The grapes grow on 20–40-year-old vines, hand harvested, fermented and aged in tanks for almost 9 months. A neutral nose, apple, white flowers, citrus acidity and minerality in the long sip.

Fehérvári Somlói Reserve Juhfark 2022

The acidity is rounded and playfully integrated into the smoky flavours of the oak. In the Matacs vineyard with loess soil, our self-planted Chardonnay plantation came to fruition in 2011, with several clones planted. The wine fermented spontaneously in large oval wooden barrels (1000–1200 L) and matured for 8 months. Fantastic balance between acid, fruit and wood use. Undoubtedly one of the best Chardonnays in the country!

Ikon Rajnai Rizling 2023

The eighth vintage of one of our best-value Rieslings, from Balatonboglár’s Kecskés vineyard. After gentle pressing, it fermented at 14–16°C in temperature-controlled steel tanks, then aged for 2 months with lees stirring. A taut, fresh Riesling with 4 grams of residual sugar rounding out the palate.

Majoros Tokaji Furmint Deák 2021 (Off-dry)

The selected harvest at three times, the overnight skin maceration, fermentation with local yeast from free-run juice without pressing, various oak barrels, repeated lees stirring and precise barrel selection make this one of our flagship wines. Matua Sauvignon Blanc 2022 (Australia)

Again, one gets what the green bottle promises from this cosmopolitan New Zealand Sauvignon. Gooseberry, cut grass, elderberry, grapefruit, lime and mint. The vibrant acids of the cool climate are rounded out by nearly five grams of residual sugar. It’s vivacious and explodes in the glass.

Légli Géza – Rosé Cuvée 2023

From the fruits of pre-harvests and almost all the estate’s blue grapes. After a short skin contact, it was fermented in chilled tanks with selected yeast. In the nose, a delicate rose scent flirts with strawberry. On the palate it’s dry, its acids refreshing, almost propelling the sip. Like nibbling on strawberries on a sunny terrace. A light, fun rosé, of which a glass is never enough. A great refreshment on a hot summer day – also excellent with sparkling water.
