EXPRESS CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in online 48h before you arrival. Our team will have carefully prepared for your arrival and your room key will be ready! Fast check-out; return your key without having to wait: Your check-out is complete. Your invoice will be sent by e-mail after departure. For detailed information please contact our colleagues at reception.

DEPARTURE, LUGGAGE ROOM, PORTERAGE
Individual guests may use rooms until noon on the day of departure; groups may only have access to their rooms until 10 am on the day of departure. We offer luggage room all day long, porterage for request. Hotel does not take responsibility for not properly closed luggage.

BREAKFAST
We offer an all-you-can eat buffet breakfast in the restaurant from 6:30 until 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends. Quick breakfast in the Station Bar 8:00 – 12:00 am. Small choice of breakfast available at the reception 4:00 – 6:30 am.

THE STATION RESTAURANT & BAR
Eating with us is the origin of the Hungarian street food culture. Our restaurant offers Bistro&Grill, Fit and Hungarian selection.

You’d rather relax and get a drink? Check out the ruin bar atmosphere, a real blast of the past.

NON-SMOKING ROOM
All the guest-rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only next to the main entrance at the designated smoking area. As we care of the convenience of the next guests staying in our hotel, in case of disrespect we will take the right to charge 150 Euros cleaning fee.

PRIVILÈGE ROOM
Upgrade your Standards, go Privilege. We offer you several extra services, try one of them and let’s awake your senses: 10% discount (restaurant and bar consumption, laundry, garage, minibar, phone), and Nespresso coffee machine in your room. Afternoon snack time between 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm in the Station Bar.

SAFEBOX
All rooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes free of charge, which can be operated with a personalized secure code. The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in your room. A safe is at your disposal in your room and also at the Reception.

INTERNET
Free WiFi system is available in the hotel rooms and in all public areas. Computer in the Lobby can be used also free of charge.

AIR CONDITIONING
An individually controlled air-conditioning unit operates in every room according to the season.

LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING
You can have your clothes cleaned from Monday to Friday. Laundry is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on National Holidays. If you give in your clothes to the laundry until 9 am you will get them back the same evening. Please call the housekeeping (270) or the reception (185) and please use the laundry bag and form!

ROOM CLEANING
Every day from 08:00 to 16:00. If the “Do not Disturb” sign is placed outside the door, our colleagues will not disturb you. You can indicate your separate cleaning request by placing the “Clean me” sign.

BED LINEN
Change the bed linen every 3 days.

MINIBAR
We can fill your fridge with beverages listed on our menus of your request for surcharge. Orders can be placed through the Reception: 185

SHOEHORN
Available at the recepcion.

KEY CARD
You can open the hotel room door with a room card what you get at the reception upon check in. Please place the card in the plastic box on the inside wall next to the room door to switch on the room electricity. Please, when you leave the room, remove your card from the plastic box. The card is valid until 12.00 on the day of departure.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel as required by law. Designated smoking area is located in front of the main entrance. In case of violation of this rule, a penalty of € 150 will be payable in addition to the penalty that may be incurred.
